Cancelling

You can cancel your $2.99 monthly membership at any time from the grown-ups area or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

• Changed your mind within 7 days of your first payment? Email us and we will refund it in full.
• Charged by mistake, or charged twice? We refund it in full.
• If a fault stops you using the service for a long period, we will refund that period or extend your membership — your choice.
• Part-months are not usually refunded once the period has been used, apart from the cases above.

These terms sit alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we do not limit.

How to ask

Email billing@blinkyslearning.com.au with the email address on your membership. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
