Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Blinky's Fun Club at www.blinkyslearning.com.au. By creating an account or using the activities, you agree to them.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are for one family's personal, non-commercial use. As the parent or guardian you are responsible for supervising your child's use, keeping your PIN private and for all activity on your account.

Membership and billing

  • Membership is $2.99 per month (AUD), charged in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • There are no in-app purchases, no locked sections and no ads.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing members.

Acceptable use

Please do not copy, resell or redistribute our lessons, artwork, audio or code; attempt to break, scrape or overload the service; or upload anything unlawful or inappropriate to the fridge gallery.

Our content

All lessons, characters (including Blinky), artwork, audio and text are owned by us and licensed to you for your family's own use while your membership is active. Drawings and photos your family creates remain yours.

Educational nature

Blinky's Fun Club is a fun learning aid for extra practice at home. It is not a school curriculum, an assessment tool, or a substitute for professional educational or developmental advice.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for the affected period.

Ending access

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
